Getting to know the community of Glenasmole was integral to Creative Campus 2020. We were all too aware that our presence in the valley was barely skimming the surface. Local knowledge was key.
We were delighted to welcome members of the community to the project. We held Zooms to introduce ourselves and the project. Our correspondence journey continued in writing through postcards, letters, poetry, and images. The insights shared led to more questions and gave much inspiration to the works of Creative Campus artists.
